  • China Warehouse: Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days post-payment confirmation. Typically, deliveries take 7-15 business days. Please note that customs inspections and unforeseen delays like flight hold-ups could extend these times.

  • United States Warehouse: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation, with an expected delivery timeframe of 7-15 business days. We offer free standard shipping for orders over $50.

  • Orders shipped outside the U.S. may incur duties, taxes, and other fees not covered by Qunature.us. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient, and we advise customers to check local customs regulations before ordering. Currently, we only ship to the U.S., and no international shipping is available outside of this area.
